Built to find what works and make it stick.

Solving global challenges requires a mix of good data and systemic thinking, combined with imagination, and a spark of magic. Fabritorium facilitates solutions grounded in collaboration and co-creation; ecosystem-wide success is our gold standard.

Fabritorium works with international organisations, NGOs, the private sector, and governments to facilitate the discovery of solutions to key social and environmental challenges. Humanity, planet Earth, and all of its inhabitants are our primary stakeholders.

Our Mission

To activate technology, intelligence and imagination to solve societal problems and create systemic change, often by helping communities and organisations unlock the answers they already hold.

Our Model

Facilitation over prescription. We surface, structure, and package solutions, helping you make the best choices, based on your priorities and where your organisation can have the most impact.

Our Passion

Enabling North–South connections and emerging market collaborations. We believe the best solutions rarely travel in one direction and we exist to facilitate exchange in both.

The Team

A marketer, a techie, and an impact specialist…

…didn't walk into a bar (this time). But being friends, we found ourselves always having the same conversations about what we saw as key gaps in our sectors and the corresponding potential solutions, even as we were each starting and running various ventures on our own. Given that two of us met while living in Japan two decades ago, and two of us met while living in South Africa ten years ago, we'd been having these conversations for years. Recently, we realised that what we could accomplish as a combined whole was far greater than what we could accomplish individually.

Together, we love to activate technology, intelligence, and imagination to solve societal problems and create systemic change. On top of that, we genuinely enjoy working with each other and with our clients and partners.

Shaped by South Africa's transition and now rooted in Europe, he is at his best where serious technology and good organisational design can turn a bold idea into something that genuinely makes a difference. He cooks for creativity, walks cities out of curiosity, plays a daily game of chess for his intellect, and meditates.
